How long does it take for my order to ship?

  • In the website's menus, you will easily find a link to the Track my Order page, or if you prefer, log in to your profile on the rockag.com store, and in your user area you will be able to view the progress of your orders.
  • You can view the estimated delivery time for each product on the product page. Estimated time may vary depending on product type, availability and delivery address.
  • If you have already placed an order, you will be able to track the order using the Track my Order link.

Can I track my order once it has been shipped?

What are the shipping options for my orders?

  • We offer the option to choose between Standard/Economy and Express shipping.
  • Standard or Economy is a delivery service for mail that is too heavy for a normal letter post. Delivery time for domestic standard parcel delivery normally takes between 2-4 days.
  • Express Services are processed by the shipping company as a priority as it is time-sensitive: delivery is expedited. When delivery time is critical, we recommend opting for Express delivery. 

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

    • Delivery to PO boxes is only offered in the United States. This option is available for orders shipped with FedEx Smartpost, USPS and UPS Mail Innovations.
  • Even though delivery to PO boxes is supported, we encourage you to place orders to home/business addresses.
  • What shipping carriers are utilized for deliveries?

    • Rochag has partnered with 40+ shipping providers like DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, Blue Dart, ZTO Express, etc. Our selection of the shipping provider for your order will be based on a number of factors, such as the region of production, the region of delivery, the selected shipping method, and the total weight of your order. You can check the available shipping providers for your order at checkout.

    My package was expected to arrive today, but I haven't received it. What steps should I take?

    • At Rochag, shipping refers to an unfailing and efficient shipping process, so late deliveries are a rarity, and we work hard to prevent them. Still, if your order is delayed, we recommend you wait for two business days, and if it still doesn't arrive, you can use the tracking information, like ship date and ETA, and contact the carrier for an update. Ask them if they can expedite the process and make the same-day delivery. If they are unable to help, feel free to contact our customer care by email (rochag@rochag.com), and we will do our best to resolve the issue at the earliest.

    How quickly do you deliver?

    • The delivery time is determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to:
      • The product ordered
      • The print location
      • The destination region
      • The size of the order
      • The status of the network
      • The shipping method selected
    • Please bear in mind that the estimated delivery date shown when placing the order includes:
      • Production time: the time to create your framed posters, which depends on the product.
      • Shipping time: the time to deliver from the print partner to the delivery address, which depends on the production region, delivery region, shipping method selected, the status of the network, and other factors.
    • The estimated delivery dates are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee. For high volumes, complex formats, certain regions, or special circumstances delivery times might vary.
